 ---Documentary about GM-meeting 2018 of Doleco group

In April in Suzhou of China, by the picturesque Golden Rooster Lake , flowers were blooming and the surface of the lake was rippling.

Flying on the spring wind, traveling thousands miles, on April 23 Doleco Group's regional general managers (GM) from around the world gathered at Suzhou Crowne Plaza, which is located on the Golden Rooster  lake side, for a three-day meeting, an annual event for the multinational's general managers across the globe.

The meeting began at 8:30 the next morning and presided over by Mr. Tim Dolezych ,the General Manager of Doleco group.

At the meeting, the regional general managers reviewed their work in the previous year, reported their plans for 2018, and made some concrete  proposals for the group's further growth.

Mr. Dolezych also reviewed Doleco's operations during 2017 and set out tasks to be achieved in 2018.Thanks to the efforts and innovation by all employees, Doleco group made many achievements in 2017.

Mr. Karl-Heinz Keisewitt, the Vice General Manager of Doleco group, also provided some guidance as to the group’s operations in 2018.

“Hundreds of boats are competing to win in a long journey and if you are not going forward, you are going backwards”. In 2018, Doleco group will continue to expand its sales with the watchword "Customer First, Quality Foremost". Doleco always wants to be the flagman of the branch for lifting equipment and stand on the top of this industry.

The GMs also discussed about some concrete projects through in-depth opinions and determined some plans about the close cooperation between Doleco's subsidiaries around the world.

On April 26, on the beautiful pearl lake side, Doleco’s flag was fluttering, various flowers were blooming.The GMs visited Doleco Kunshan and went on with GM meeting.

This year Doleco Kunshan coincides with the fifteenth anniversary. Under the leadership of mother company from Germany and the support of sister companies in the world, Doleco Kunshan realized very good development with jumping up type since 2003. Last year, the subsidiary further expanded the workshop of lifting beam and workshop of special crane rope, increased automation for its production lines, and raised its turnover by over 30%.

On April 27, the GMs went to Shanghai, viewing the modern city on top of the famous Oriental Pearl Tower, rambling along the Huangpu River, and exploring the historic Nanjing Road. With laughing and joking, everyone was in high sprits. Doleco group likes a big international family and she has an energetic inter culture GM team. She also has a modern , democratic and open culture.

The annual meeting is a very important meeting for Doleco's development.

“Devised strategies in a command tent and won in thousand miles away”. Every GM determined to take the opportunity of this meeting to strive for greater achievement.
